OUR STORY

Our Vision

ONE GROUP.
THREE DISCIPLINES.
ONE STANDARD.

"CROSS APAC Group is a privately owned Australian professional services group built for industries where the margin for error is zero. We operate at the intersection of safety, aviation, and people — because in high-consequence work, those three things are never truly separate."

Founded on the principle that expertise should be accessible, accountable, and industry-specific, CROSS APAC Group Pty. Ltd. brings together three specialist divisions under one accountable structure. We serve operators, employers, and organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific who need more than a generalist — they need a partner who understands the regulatory environment, the workforce pressures, and the real operational stakes.

Our team carries practical, on-the-ground experience from the sectors we serve. We don't consult from a distance. We embed, advise, and deliver — and we measure our value by the outcomes our clients achieve, not the volume of paper we produce.

Our Mission

We strive to empower organisations with tailored solutions and insights.

Why Choose Us?

With years of expertise, CROSS APAC stands as your trusted partner, enabling businesses to thrive securely in today's complex environment. Our focus on customised service helps you prioritise what matters most - your safety and success.

2014

Founded CROSS Asia Pacific Pty Ltd

Founded by Simon Lever, CROSS was established to support the mining and construction industries with safety and emergency management across Australia and the Asia Pacific region—built on a foundation of Connecting Resources, Opportunities, Solutions, and Success to protect people, strengthen operations, and deliver lasting impact.

2018

Expanded into HR and Recruitment

Responding to ongoing client demand for broader workforce support, we launched CROSS Recruit, our dedicated Recruitment & HR division. This expansion allowed us to provide end‑to‑end people solutions alongside our established safety and operational services.

2019

Expansion into Aviation and Cargo sector

Since 2019, we’ve supported clients with aviation and urgent cargo services across disaster response and remote‑area operations. Today, we deliver fit‑for‑purpose charter flight solutions that get people to site safely, maintain workforce continuity, and keep critical operations running.

2026

The company structure merged into a Group

CROSS Asia Pacific Pty Ltd merged all subsidiaries under CROSS APAC Group Pty Ltd.

This combines Aviation, HR & Recruitment, Safety, and Logistics into a powerhouse to offer clients.

Same people. Same values. Same commitment.

The people you will work with.
